“Change comes like a little wind that ruffles the curtains at dawn, and it comes like a stealthy perfume of wild flowers hidden in the grass” – John Steinback

Every second, every minute, something is changing. Most changes are unexpected and certain changes are very much expected. Change can be positive or negative. It all depends on how we perceive it, feel it, accept it and face it. Some believe that everything happens for a reason, take it positively and go with it. The others curse fate, destiny, luck or mostly other people. Any which way, change is inevitable and invincible. Nothing in life is permanent, except for change.

Right from being a daddy’s doll to being an independent and strong woman, we see various changes. Sometimes people change, sometimes situations, sometimes emotions and most of the time priorities. The other day my friend was telling me about how much people change after getting out of high school and how sometimes it isn’t for good. But I think more than the change, the reason behind it matters. We change when we have no other option, when we have to walk out of our comfort zones to achieve something. And another reason is also pain; it does change people from black to white or vice versa. It’s the choices that we make, that build our future. A change is not always bad and once you believe that I’m sure it will be easier to deal with. People will argue that a change wasn’t necessary but that too will change in time. It’s how you look at things; people only complain when they actually cannot adjust to the change.

Nothing lasts forever; accept the change with open arms and coping will never be an issue. The key to success is to walk with time and never look back. So the next time something changes, try changing your perspective too.
